1. About Concept Garage

2. Website and product information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, finish, materials or appearance may occur. Product information may be updated without notice, but changes will not override the terms of an order already accepted.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed before checkout. Payment must be completed using the available payment methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

4. Custom work and made-to-order products

Custom fabrication, composites, upholstery, paintwork, CAD design, 3D scanning and other project-based services are quoted individually. Scope, pricing, deposits, payment milestones, estimated timeframes and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Changes to an agreed scope may affect pricing and lead times. Any additional costs or material changes will be discussed with you before proceeding.

5. Lead times

Standard lead times for relevant custom or made-to-order work are approximately 8–10 weeks unless otherwise stated. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date, unless a specific date is agreed in writing. We will communicate material delays where reasonably practicable.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by freight providers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and clearance requirements unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing.

7. Product fitment and installation

Customers are responsible for checking vehicle compatibility and specifications before ordering. Unless explicitly stated, products do not include installation. Professional installation is recommended where products affect vehicle structure, safety, aerodynamics or performance.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our website content, product designs, photographs, drawings, CAD models and branding remain our intellectual property. They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without our written permission.

9. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Other limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in other jurisdictions.
