Our in-house paint and panel department handles everything from custom paintwork and show quality finishes to collision repairs and race car restoration. Whether we’re repairing a drag car between events or refinishing custom components, we deliver precision workmanship and a finish built to perform.
Bespoke Interior Upholstery
We specialise in custom automotive upholstery, transforming interiors through tailored designs, premium materials and precision craftsmanship. From complete custom street car interiors to show builds and motorsport applications, every project is finished with a focus on fitment, functionality and attention to detail.
Prefabricated Interior Retrimming
Our prefabricated retrimming services provide a streamlined solution for restoring and upgrading existing automotive interiors. Combining quality upholstery materials with consistent workmanship, we deliver professionally trimmed components designed for accurate fitment and a factory quality finish.
3D Scanning
We provide ultra high resolution 3D scanning services for accurate digital acquistion of physical components, with scan data exported in formats suited to your engineering and design requirements.
CAD & Development
Combining precision 3D scan data with a host of CAD modelling suites, we develop accurate digital models for engineering analysis, design refinement, prototyping and part manufacturing.
Our in-house prototyping capabilities allow us to rapidly produce physical components for fitment testing and design validation. This enables real time design refinements, with modifications implemented and tested on the fly to streamline development, minimise rework and accelerate the transition from digital design to finished component.
Reverse Engineering
Our reverse engineering services connect the entire pipeline, from 3D scanning and CAD development through to physical production. Whether recreating discontinued components or developing complex new designs, we deliver locally manufactured solutions from our Sydney workshop.
